What is useful to include in your request
The more precise the request, the more useful the first reply. None of these points is mandatory: we ask the missing questions in our answer.
- The context of use: warehouse, shop, office, school, industrial site, cold or humid environment.
- Quantities, even approximate, and any brands or part numbers already identified.
- The delivery country and the target date, especially when it is set by a site opening or a contract end.
- The systems in place: ERP or WMS, Windows versions, printer drivers, serial or parallel ports to keep.
- Your position on refurbished equipment: new only, refurbished accepted, or both to compare.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know the exact part number?
No. Describe the use, the volumes and the constraints; identifying suitable models is part of our job. If you already have a reference in mind, mention it: we price it and propose alternatives where they exist.
Does a quote request commit me to anything?
No. You receive a costed proposal and decide afterwards. If you buy for your business or profession, your order is governed by section 13 of our terms and conditions of sale.
Do you deliver to France or to another EU country?
Yes. We deliver to Spain (mainland and Balearics), the other European Union countries, Switzerland and Norway. Delivery is free to Spain and the EU from €121 incl. VAT (€100 excl. VAT). For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, contact us before ordering. Details in the shipping policy.
Can I send you a file instead of filling in the form?
Yes. Send your specification, your list of part numbers or your inventory to rayan.agher@edn-shop.com, in whatever format suits you.
