Very important!
The weight of the screen must be between 2kg and 9kg. If the screen weighs less than 2kg, the arm will always rise on its own, and if it weighs more than 9kg, it will always sink on its own. This means that the screen cannot be used with this mount.
After installing the screen, the arm tension must be adjusted using the adjustment screw (See Figure in step 3 of the manual) until the screen is in the desired and stable position. For the screen not to rise or sink automatically, the arm must be adjusted to the correct tension.
If you notice the screen rises automatically, you must decrease the arm tension by turning the adjustment screw towards the “-” direction until the screen remains in the desired and stable position (if the arm tension is correctly adjusted, the screen should not rise or sink automatically).
If you notice the screen sinks automatically, you must increase the arm tension by turning the adjustment screw towards the “+” direction until the screen remains in the desired and stable position (if the arm tension is correctly adjusted, the screen should not rise or sink automatically).
Once the arm is adjusted to the correct tension, you can adjust the screen height by moving it up or down with your hands, and the screen will remain in the desired position.
