SPC Polaris for Seniors/ 4G/ Black

SPC Polaris Mobile Phone for Seniors

Mobile phone for seniors compatible with the SPC Care remote control application. With 4G connection, SOS button, 2 screens, 3 direct memory buttons, and hearing aid compatibility.

• With intuitive and direct camera access
• Large, spacious keys
• Easy to use

Compatible with the app that changes everything

SPC POLARIS is the first mobile phone compatible with SPC Care, the only application that allows for remote control of a phone without internet and its location, without your mother or grandfather having to send their location. In addition, through it you will receive security alerts such as missed calls, low battery, or if inactivity is detected for more than 8, 12, or 24 hours.

Download this app to your smartphone and link it to POLARIS to make adjustments to it anytime, anywhere. Like a remote control, you can block SPAM calls, add contacts to their phonebook, turn up the volume, and more.

Direct access to what matters

SPC POLARIS makes it very easy for seniors: a simple menu with large icons, wide and separated keys for easy pressing, a cover to protect the keypad from unwanted actions, and a dual screen (1.4” exterior and 2.8” interior).

It also features 3 direct memory buttons to register the 3 most frequent contacts and call them with just one press, direct access to the camera, a central keypad with arrows to guide navigation through the menu, and a very intuitive central confirmation key.

Expanded coverage, improved calls

SPC POLARIS is a classic mobile phone but with the benefits of 4G connectivity: more mobile coverage, better call quality, and the ability to geolocate your senior relative from the SPC Care app without them having to do anything.

They just need to carry the phone with them. To make this easier, SPC POLARIS includes a slot for a lanyard.

This way, your loved ones can wear it like a pendant and always have it on hand.

One press, a potential lifesaver

An audible alarm, up to 15 emergency calls, and a URL with their location via SMS: all this happens when a senior presses the SOS button located on the back for 5 seconds. Once the alert is activated, SPC POLARIS sends an SMS to the contacts configured as emergency contacts (max. 5) and calls them automatically in a sequence. If no one answers, it will perform up to 3 rounds.

And yes, the SOS function is also 100% configurable from SPC Care.

Hearing or vision problems? Solutions:

Thanks to the M3/T3 compatibility level, hearing aid users can enjoy clear conversations without interference from ambient noise or the annoying distortions typical of hearing aids, such as feedback or whistling. In addition, the ringtone volume reaches 107dB.

And, for people with poor vision, it is possible to activate voice-guided dialing. This way, a voice will announce which number has been pressed before calling, so they can confirm that the desired number was dialed.

Also, for more intuitive use, it is possible to configure the option to open or close the cover to answer and end calls.

Neither charging nor finding it is a problem

Having a routine relieves anxiety and nervousness. That is why SPC POLARIS includes a charging base. So, just like a landline phone, they can place their mobile in the same spot, keep it visible, and charge it effortlessly.

In any case, to make this task easier for your loved ones, you have access to the device's battery level from SPC Care, and you will receive a notification if it drops below 20%.

A unique app to care for our seniors

SPC Care is a pioneering and unique application that allows families to help their seniors anytime, anywhere. Once you receive the SPC POLARIS mobile phone, which is compatible with it, you must create a profile for your loved one and link the application to their device.

Simply download it, it's free! And complete the process by following the indicated steps. It will take less than 3 minutes, and you will be able to access all the features and share caregiving duties with other family members.
