StarTech.com 156B6-PRIVACY-SCREEN monitor privacy filter 39.6 cm

Protect on-screen information - 10% brighter than standard privacy filters

This laptop privacy screen is designed to work with laptops with 15.6-inch screens and a 16:10 aspect ratio.

Prevent Visual Hacking

This privacy filter is a convenient and affordable solution to protect sensitive data from prying eyes. The privacy shield darkens your computer screen from the sides, while providing the user with a clear 60-degree viewing angle (+/- 30 degrees from the center).

Apply and Forget

Reduce eye strain and improve visual comfort by reducing blue light exposure. The 15.6-inch laptop screen filter has been independently tested by a third-party laboratory to block 47% of blue light in the 380-450 nm range. Digital eye strain can cause symptoms such as headaches, dry eyes, and blurred vision.

Reversible and Touch-Compatible

This feature allows you to quickly flip the privacy filter to share content without uninstalling the filter. Your computer's touch responsiveness is maintained by the ultra-thin yet robust security shield, allowing for seamless use. The privacy shield has a light transmittance of up to 75%, providing optimal screen brightness and enhanced privacy levels.

Hassle-Free Installation

Install the privacy screen protector using the included side mounting tabs, adhesive strips, or flip tabs. This unit is designed for use with frameless or thin-bezel screens.
