StarTech.com 162MG-PRIVACY-SCREEN Monitor Filter 40.6 cm

Prevent prying eyes by limiting the viewing angle of your 16-inch M-Series MacBook Pro screen

This laptop privacy screen is compatible with 16-inch M-Series MacBook Pro laptops. Gold privacy filters have a reflective surface that instantly shifts from a clear view to a mirror effect outside the intended viewing angle, significantly improving visual privacy when working in an office or public environment.

Prevent Prying Eyes

The gold security filter is a practical solution that features a quick shift to a mirror effect to protect sensitive data from unwanted viewers while maintaining a clear 60-degree view (+/- 30 degrees from the center) for the user.

Double-Sided Filter

The security screen protector features a glossy gold side for maximum privacy and an anti-glare matte side for environments prone to reflections. The matte side provides additional screen protection with a scratch- and fingerprint-resistant coating.

Hassle-Free Installation

The filter has an exact-fit design that will not interfere with top-mounted webcams, sensors around the screen, or closing the lid. Attach the privacy screen protector using the included clear, residue-free adhesive strips.

Blue Light Reduction

Reduce eye strain and improve visual comfort with this privacy screen that reduces blue light. It blocks between 40% and 51% of the blue light emitted by the screen in the 380 nm to 480 nm wavelength range. Digital eye strain can lead to symptoms such as headaches, dry eyes, and blurred vision.
