StarTech.com 23669-PRIVACY-SCREEN monitor filter 59.9 cm

Prevent prying eyes by limiting your computer monitor screen’s viewing angles

The privacy screen for monitors features a universal design compatible with 23.6" monitors with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The anti-glare design provides visual comfort while reducing the adverse effects of blue light emitted by the screen. Its reversible design allows it to quickly adapt to different lighting conditions throughout the day.

Prevent Prying Eyes

This privacy filter is a convenient and cost-effective solution for protecting confidential data from unwanted viewing. The privacy shield darkens your computer screen from the side while providing a clear 60-degree viewing angle (+/- 30 degrees from the center) to the user.

Reversible Filter

The privacy screen protector is reversible, with a matte anti-glare side for environments prone to glare and a high-gloss side that helps preserve color vibrancy. The matte side provides additional screen protection with a fingerprint- and scratch-resistant coating. The privacy shield has a 57.5% light transmittance, providing optimal screen brightness and enhanced privacy levels.

Hassle-Free Installation

Attach the privacy screen protector using the included residue-free transparent adhesive strips or the side mounting tabs. The cutout in the top corner of the privacy screen makes it easy to remove for sharing content with trusted audiences or for switching between matte and glossy finishes.

Blue Light Reduction

Reduce eye strain and improve visual comfort with this blue light-reducing privacy screen. It blocks up to 51% of the blue light emitted by the screen in the 380 nm - 480 nm wavelength range. Digital eye strain can cause symptoms such as headaches, dry eyes, and blurred vision.
