LSZH Jacket - Aramid fiber strength member - Ideal for SANs, data servers, SFP+
This fiber optic cable allows you to connect 40GBase-SR4, 100GBase-SR10, SFP+, and QSFP+ transceivers in 40 and 100 Gigabit networks. The OM4 cable is compatible with LED and VCSEL ("Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser") light sources, as well as backward compatible with your existing 50/125 equipment.
This aqua-colored OM4 duplex multimode fiber optic cable is jacketed with flame-retardant LSZH ("Low-Smoke, Zero-Halogen") material, to minimize smoke, toxicity, and corrosion when exposed to heat or fire. It is ideal for industrial environments, central offices, and schools, as well as residential settings where building codes are a factor.
Each OM4 fiber optic cable has been individually tested and certified to optical insertion loss limits to ensure compatibility and 100% reliability.
