The Slim Cat6 cable features 50-micron gold RJ45 contacts that ensure a precise fit to minimize wear and signal loss. The 4-pair unshielded twisted pair (UTP) construction uses 28 AWG bare copper wire to improve conductivity and reduce resistance. The flexible Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant jacket emits low smoke and toxic gases when exposed to extreme heat or in the event of a fire.
