Pure Copper Wire

Our snagless Cat6a cables are designed for long-lasting performance. The 4-pair shielded and foiled twisted pair (S/FTP) construction uses 27 AWG pure copper wire to improve conductivity and reduce resistance, ensuring reliable transmission and minimal signal loss.

Pure copper wiring delivers consistent performance characteristics in varying environments. Each pair is shielded with aluminum-mylar foil and tinned copper braiding for increased protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Durable Construction

The Cat6a Ethernet cable features 50-micron gold-plated snagless connectors that allow for a precise fit to minimize wear and signal loss. The flexible, flame-retardant Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket emits low smoke and toxic gases when exposed to extreme heat or in the event of a fire. This allows for safer installations in poorly ventilated areas, including some industrial environments, enclosed spaces like trains and airplanes, as well as residential settings where building code compliance must be considered.

The shielded Cat6a patch cable is ideal for 10GBASE-T networks and supports power output up to 100W for Power over Ethernet (PoE++) devices. Establish connectivity with 10G switches, Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices, and SFP modules.
