Add a 2.5-inch U.3 NVMe SSD to a PCIe 4.0 x4/x8/x16 slot in a desktop or server using the included screws, allowing for ultra-fast data access.
Add U.3 Capabilities to a Desktop or Server
Install an SFF-TA-1001 SSD in a desktop or server using an available PCI Express 4.0 slot. The pre-installed full-profile bracket and included drive mounting screws allow for the connection of a U.3 NVMe drive to a PCIe slot, eliminating the need for a drive backplane or additional cables. This adapter is not compatible with U.2 drives.
Universal Compatibility
The adapter card is backward compatible with motherboards that have PCIe 3.0 x4, x8, and/or x16 slots. The U.3 adapter does not require additional drivers or software and works with all workstation and server operating systems, such as Windows, Windows Server, and Linux.
